Blinn College has a variety of course offerings that can be used to help students achieve a variety of educational goals. Some of the classes offered are an Associate of Science in Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy, an Associate of Arts in Counseling with a concentration in Psychology and Counselor Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Counselor Education. The courses are designed to help students develop the skills and knowledge they need to effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds in a manner of enhancing their communications skills as well as personal career goals.

Blinn College offers many flexible options for students who wish to pursue a degree through this unique program. Students have the option of enrolling in an online Master's program or a traditional on-campus classroom. An online program overview can be found in the college's website as well. Those students who wish to participate in a physical classroom program should do so as soon as possible. Late enrollment will incur penalties and tuition fees.
Upon graduation, students have the opportunity to take a variety of transferable credits. Credits may be transferred to other accredited colleges or universities in order to earn a degree or to fulfill course requirements. Students who transfer at least two years of course work from an accredited institution of higher learning will be eligible for a full ride scholarship.
Students may register for classes online or in person at the Blinn College campus. The majority of classes are taught in English. Students may elect to take General Education courses that assist them in integrating academic knowledge with real-life career experiences. Students are encouraged to visit the campus at least once during the course of their degree program. This campus is easily accessible and provides convenient access to local businesses and employment opportunities.
